Return and Refund Policy

Returns

We hope you are delighted with your purchase from Demira. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product within 7 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item is in its original packaging.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at demirasales@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to inform us of your intent to return the item.

  2. Once your return is approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging.

  3. Ship the item to the following address:

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 working days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included.

Damaged or Defective Items
